Eligibility for Returns:
- Items discounted more than 40% and personalized jerseys are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
- For other items, returns requested within 30-60 days of receipt can be returned for a store credit in the form of a Cash Coupon.
Return Conditions:
- We accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unused, and in resalable condition.
- EPL Jersey Shop is not responsible for any loss during the return process.
- We recommend using a shipping method with proof of delivery or a tracking number for your return.
- Currently, we do not generate return labels for international shipments. Customers are responsible for the return shipment and associated costs.
Processing Time:
- Please allow 2 to 7 business days for the processing of returns once received.
- Once the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification.
